Bugfix in function loadNodes: there are nodes in the nodelist.json with positon != null but lat or long == null. as the first such node is parsed the function would stop.

addressing issue #10; replaced checkbox with radio-button for defaulthood-selection. No guarantee this works yet :S

reworked the tool heavily, used html-DOM as main data-structure, allowed multiple servers per hood; not completely finished, but base-functionality (add, remove, export should work)

adding error-message and bugfix
