Create build script to abstarc build process for fastd and l2tp images from gluon frameworke.

This script should do the necessary changes in the site.conf automatically. Like autoupdater-/packages-mirror for fastd and l2tp.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
