Release firmware version 0.7.1.

Please note: this firmware is only scheduled to switch the
autoupdater channel of devices using testing firmware from
stable back to testing.
This release is NOT meant to be installed on routers running
the stable channel of our firmware. Therefore this version
is a testing firmware and should never be used in production
environments!

Changes between last testing firmware to v0.7.1:
 * Remove IEE 802.11s
 * Enable geolocator by default.
 * Replace package gluon-announced by gluon-respondd.
 * Remove package ffnw-opkgconfig.
 * Add package ffnw-autoupdater-mod. This package produce a time gap
   on routers with a vpn and a mesh only router.

Der Autoupdater wird in der Basis gluon 2015.1.x die Firmware Version 0.7.1 ignorieren. Die packages ffnw-configurator ffnw-nodewatcher sind aus der Firmware entfert. Änderung des HT modus von 40+ auf 20 [2].
